Payment Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs purchases of Gold Coins (GC), promotional Sweepstakes Coin (SC) bonuses, refunds, chargebacks, payment fraud, redemption payment methods, and processor-facing controls on Blackjack21.xyz.

2. Purchases Are for Gold Coins Only

All purchases are for GC packages. GC are entertainment-only virtual credits with no cash value. SC, if included with a GC purchase, are free promotional bonus entries and are not sold.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Sponsor may accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, digital wallets, or other methods. Availability may vary by jurisdiction, risk level, vendor, and account status.

4. All Purchases Are Final

All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Sponsor. Refund requests may be considered in cases of duplicate billing, unauthorized payment, technical failure, or jurisdiction lockout. Prior gameplay or consumption of GC may preclude a refund. Approved refunds may result in reversal of associated GC and any promotional SC bonus.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal may result in:

• Immediate account suspension;
• Forfeiture of all GC and SC balances;
• Cancellation of any pending redemption requests;
• Permanent ban on the payment method used;
• Review of associated devices, IP addresses, and household accounts;
• Referral to collections or legal action where applicable;
• Exclusion from future promotions and bonuses.

6. Payment Fraud Controls

Sponsor monitors for and may act on payment fraud signals including address/CVV mismatch, multiple payment instruments per user or household, geolocation mismatch, high-velocity purchases, repeated payment failures, card testing patterns, and purchase-to-redemption cycling inconsistent with normal play.

7. Redemption Payment Methods

SC redemption payouts are made only to verified payment accounts in the name of the account holder. Sponsor may reject payments to third-party accounts, nominee accounts, prepaid instruments, or unsupported destinations. All redemptions are subject to the Sweepstakes Official Rules.
