Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are legal residents physically located in an eligible U.S. jurisdiction or Canada (excluding Quebec), are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher), and have a valid account in their own legal name. Void in Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Quebec, and any other jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible.

Dual-Currency Structure

Gold Coins (GC) are virtual entertainment credits used solely for fun gameplay. GC have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, exchanged, or cashed out.

Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are promotional entries/credits issued for free. SC are not purchased. SC may be used in SC-mode games and, if accumulated through gameplay, may be redeemed for prizes subject to these Rules. Any SC provided in connection with a GC purchase are free promotional bonus entries only.

How to Obtain Sweepstakes Coins Without Purchase

Method 1 — Daily Login Bonus

Create a free account at Blackjack21.xyz. Log in each 24-hour period (starting at 3:00 AM EST) to receive 5 Sweepstakes Coins (SC) at no cost. Limit: one claim per person, account, household, device cluster, and IP cluster per reset period.

Method 2 — Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To receive free Sweepstakes Coins via mail, follow these instructions precisely:

1. On a handwrittenblank, unfolded, unlined white 4” x 6” card or piece of paper, handwrite in blue or black ink your: full legal first and last name, email address registered to your account, username (if applicable), date of birth, residential address registered to your account, and the date the request was written.
2. On the same card, handwrite the following statement exactly:
   “I wish to receive free Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Blackjack21.xyz. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Official Rules.”
3. Place the card in a hand-addressed #10 business-size envelope with proper postage. Include only one request per envelope.
4. In the upper left corner of the envelope, write your return address.
5. Address the envelope to:

Limits: One request per outer envelope; one per person, account, and household per day. Mechanically reproduced, typed, photocopied, bulk, altered, illegible, incomplete, or automated requests are void. Requests from restricted jurisdictions are void.
Award: Each valid request grants 5 SC.
Processing: Allow 8–12 weeks from receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or undeliverable mail.

Odds of Winning

SC gameplay outcomes are determined by game rules, random number generation, and math models. Odds vary by game and prize configuration. For blackjack-style games, the house edge using basic strategy is approximately 0.5%. Purchasing GC does not improve odds, affect game outcomes, speed AMOE processing, or otherwise increase chances of winning.

Sweepstakes Coins — Use and Redemption

SC may be used only on Blackjack21.xyz in eligible SC-mode games. SC cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, combined across accounts, or exchanged for GC.

Redemption rate: 1 redeemable SC = $1.00 USD prize equivalent, unless otherwise stated.
Minimum redemption: 100 SC.
Maximum redemption: Sponsor may impose per-transaction, daily, weekly, monthly, per-account, per-household, or per-payment-method limits. Default operational cap: $5,000 per transaction and $10,000 per rolling 30-day period, unless otherwise approved.

Prizes are delivered by ACH, check, gift card, payment processor, or other approved method within 3–10 business days after verification is complete. Additional review may extend this timeline.

Verification Required

Before redemption, Sponsor may require:

• Government-issued photo ID (front and back);
• Selfie/liveness verification;
• Proof of residential address;
• Date of birth verification;
• Tax documentation (IRS Form W-9 or equivalent);
• Payment account ownership verification;
• Sanctions and prohibited-user screening.

Taxes

Users are solely responsible for all taxes, forms, filings, and reporting related to prizes. Sponsor may require a valid IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation before processing redemptions. Sponsor may issue IRS Forms 1099, W-2G, or other required tax forms. Sponsor may withhold amounts where legally required or where valid taxpayer information is not provided.

Account Rules

• One account per person.
• One account per household, payment method, device cluster, or IP cluster may be enforced at Sponsor's discretion.
• Accounts must use accurate legal identity information.
• Shared, transferred, sold, rented, or nominee accounts are prohibited.
• Users may not access the platform through VPNs, proxies, geolocation spoofing, remote desktops, emulator farms, or other evasion tools.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Create or use multiple accounts;
• Submit fraudulent, bulk, automated, manufactured, or mechanically reproduced AMOE requests;
• Abuse promotions, bonuses, referrals, payments, chargebacks, or redemptions;
• Use bots, scripts, automation, collusion tools, solvers, or external advantage systems;
• Reverse engineer, exploit, manipulate, or interfere with games;
• Attempt to launder funds, disguise identity, or evade sanctions or geolocation controls;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users.

Sponsor may suspend or terminate accounts, void SC, cancel redemptions, withhold prizes, ban devices or payment instruments, or take legal action.

Expiration and Inactivity

SC may expire after 90 days of account inactivity (no login, claim, gameplay, purchase, redemption, or other account activity), unless prohibited by applicable law. Sponsor may notify users before expiration where required or practicable.

Errors and Technical Malfunctions

Sponsor may correct or void results, balances, bonuses, SC, GC, redemptions, or prizes affected by technical errors, game math errors, display errors, payment errors, unauthorised access, fraud, platform interruptions, or force majeure events. Displayed balances are not final until validated by Sponsor's systems.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, a winner consents to Sponsor's use of their username, first name, city, state/province, prize amount, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant releases Sponsor, its affiliates, vendors, payment processors, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims arising from participation, account access, gameplay, SC allocation, prize redemption, technical failures, mail issues, or rule enforcement. Sponsor's maximum liability is limited to the lesser of the disputed prize amount or $100, except where prohibited by law.

Disputes, Arbitration, Class Waiver, and Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be submitted to legal@blackjack21.xyz for informal resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Virginia. Users waive class actions, class arbitration, collective actions, representative actions, and jury trial rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to Rules

Sponsor may update these Rules at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time for any reason. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
