1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blackjack21.xyz, operated by Blackjack21.xyz (“Sponsor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the platform, claiming GC or SC, playing games, making a purchase, or requesting a redemption, you agree to these Terms, the Sweepstakes Official Rules, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Responsible Social Gameplay Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Blackjack21.xyz is a social casino entertainment platform offering free-to-play casino-style games using virtual currencies. The platform is not a real-money gambling site. Users do not deposit funds as wagers. Gold Coins have no cash value. Sweepstakes Coins are promotional entries that may be redeemed for prizes only under the Sweepstakes Official Rules.

3. Eligibility and Location

You may use the platform only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • Are a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction;
  • Are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction when accessing the platform;
  • Are legally permitted to use social casino and sweepstakes promotions;
  • Are not barred by Sponsor, sanctions laws, self-exclusion, or applicable law.

Restricted jurisdictions include Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Quebec, and any jurisdiction where Sponsor determines the platform is prohibited or high risk. 4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You may not:

  • Create more than one account;
  • Use false, nominee, or another person's identity information;
  • Share, sell, rent, transfer, or assign your account;
  • Access another person's account;
  • Use VPNs, proxies, spoofing tools, or other methods to mask your location or identity.

5. Virtual Currency

Gold Coins (GC): GC are virtual entertainment credits only. GC may be purchased or provided free. GC cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of monetary value, and have no real-world monetary value.

Sweepstakes Coins (SC): SC are promotional entries issued for free through methods described in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. SC are not sold. SC may be used in SC mode games for a chance to win additional SC redeemable for prizes if eligibility and verification requirements are met. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to obtain SC.

6. Purchases

Purchases, where available, are for GC packages only. Any SC provided with a purchase is a free promotional bonus and is not sold. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Purchase prices, package contents, bonuses, and promotions may change without notice.

7. No Refunds

All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Sponsor. Chargebacks, payment reversals, disputes, or suspected payment fraud may result in account suspension, GC and SC forfeiture, redemption cancellation, and collection activity. 8. Redemptions

Redemptions are governed by the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Sponsor may require KYC, tax documentation, payment account verification, sanctions screening, fraud review, and other checks before processing any redemption. Sponsor may delay, reduce, or deny redemptions based on eligibility, prohibited location, fraud risk, duplicate accounts, abuse, chargebacks, suspicious activity, legal obligations, or Terms violations.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Abuse promotions, AMOE, payments, bonuses, referral programs, or sweepstakes mechanics;
  • Use bots, automation, scripts, emulators, collusion tools, or external advantage systems;
  • Exploit bugs, errors, game malfunctions, or system vulnerabilities;
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with platform systems;
  • Launder funds, evade sanctions, hide identity, or manipulate geolocation;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

10. Enforcement Rights

Sponsor may investigate any activity and may, at its sole discretion: suspend, restrict, close, or terminate accounts; void GC or SC balances; cancel redemptions; ban devices or payment instruments; request additional documentation; report activity to law enforcement or regulators; or take legal action. Enforcement actions are not subject to appeal except as required by law.

11. Game Integrity

All games and outcomes are subject to system validation. Sponsor may correct errors, void affected play, adjust balances, or cancel redemptions caused by technical issues, unauthorised access, bugs, fraud, or malfunction. Displayed balances and game results are not final until validated by Sponsor's systems.

12. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, games, graphics, branding, text, interfaces, data, logos, and all content are owned by Sponsor or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content.

13. Third-Party Services

The platform uses third-party vendors for payments, identity verification, fraud prevention, analytics, hosting, and other services. Sponsor is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or actions except as required by law. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

15. Responsible Social Gameplay

Sponsor provides voluntary tools such as session limits, daily wagering limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. You are responsible for your own use of the platform. See the Responsible Social Gameplay Policy for help resources.

16. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPONSOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE GAMEPLAY, CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF ANY GAME, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. SPONSOR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT DIRECTLY IN DISPUTE.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct.

19. Arbitration, Class Waiver, and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform must first be submitted to Sponsor at legal@blackjack21.xyz for informal resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Virginia.

YOU AND SPONSOR WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDINGS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

20. Changes

Sponsor may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
